VIP MEMBERS BENEFITS

Receiving a VIP member status is easy.  For every referral to our office you will receive a $25 discount at your next appointment that you can use toward your payments/copayment for up to 3 referrals a $75 value and then you will be given VIP Status.  All VIP members will be entered into an annual PRIZE DRAWING (Note VIP Prizes are valued at $200 plus)

VIP Member Benefits Explanation

• All VIP members will be entered into an annual prize drawing (note: VIP prizes are valued at $200+)

• A referral is defined as a patient who makes and keeps an appointment and completes a dental procedure worth $100+

Lucky Winner should call the office first and then come to the office to present the matching ticket in order to receive the prize.
